This Edition supports SNMPv1, SNMPv2c and SNMPv3 protocols. Besides the
standard SNMPv3 USM security model, this edition supports the
Diffie-Hellman key exchange model, useful for seamless access and
management of DOCSIS based SNMPv3 agents (i.e., cable modems, cable
modem termination systems, set-top boxes, etc.) Besides IPv4 and IPX
transport protocols, this edition also supports SNMP over IPv6 protocol.
Support on Microsoft Windows operation systems (Windows ME, Windows
2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server
2008).
